"Don't Date Your Students"

That was bullet point number three during the "ethics and legal responsibilities" portion of our T.A. training workshop today. I think they've mentioned this point at every single Clark graduate student teaching assistant event we've had this year. While there's nothing funny about abusing positions of power in that way, I do always relish in the thought of the graduate student who falls in love with a student and thinks "wait a second...didn't they say something about this at training? I know I have that handout somewhere..."
