here we go, yo

I went to see Tribe Called Quest in the Woo last night with my good buddy Carl and a couple friends. It was outstanding. Though Q-Tipp and crew only stayed on stage for a little over an hour and the venue was the epitomy of bootleg (a metal railing actually came loose and flopped over right in front of me during "Can I Kick It?"), it was a great show. I haven't danced that much at a concert since Neil Diamond in 2001. Wow, that's even more embarassing in type than saying it aloud.
